• No refunds or exchanges on faulty/clearance garments unless there are other manufacturing faults and defects present.
• Customer aware of and agreeable to purchasing Midnight Mischief red satin pyjamas with a manufacturing fault regarding colour bleeding of its red satin fabric.
• Midnight Mischief recommends to only use pyjamas for photos and not for daily sleepwear. The bleeding may transfer onto environmental surfaces such as white bed sheets if used as daily sleepwear.
• Midnight Mischief are not responsible for any damaged goods or staining post purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to dry clean garments and wash items with a colour catcher.
• Customer is aware the red pyjamas dye may bleed into the white trim once washed.
• No refunds on marked down faulty goods. All manufacturing faults have been disclosed and agreed upon.
• Items will be sold with no other manufacturing faults and defects such as broken buttons, holes and incomplete stitching. The only manufacturing fault present is the red satin fabric which is susceptible to colour bleeding and colour transfers.
• Prices are final and there are no further markdowns. Discount codes are not applicable to marked down items.
