We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in the quality of our products before we send your parcel out to you.
If you have any issues with your purchase, we are happy to look into the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution in accordance with consumer law. We do not provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on products that have been personalised.
If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation, we are happy to provide you with an exchange, 110% store credit, or refund on the item once it is returned to us. If you wish to cancel a pre-order or current order, a store credit will be provided. The item must have proof of purchase and be in the same condition as when it was sent to you.
Please contact us at email@example.com and return the item within 30 business days of the delivery date. Once your return is received it will be assessed by our returns team and the resolution will be provided to you within 14 business days.
Conditions For Exchanges, Store Credits, and Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition.
- Item(s) must be in a saleable condition and unpersonalised.
- Item(s) was a full-price purchase (no markdowns or discount codes applied).
Please note: Postage for change-of-mind returns is at the customers' expense and we either provide an exchange, 110% store credit, or refund for change-of-mind purchases. A restocking and processing fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Where an item is damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use, Midnight Mischief will not provide a refund, exchange, or repair.
Midnight Mischief will refuse refund requests if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Midnight Mischief to a corresponding counterclaim.
Sale items (including products that were purchased with a discount code) are final and cannot be cancelled once placed or returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

Any items returned outside the 30-day return period or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Midnight Mischief Sleepwear reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to the sender.
Free Gift Offers
Returning a purchased item/s with a complimentary gift for a refund requires returning the free gift in its original condition. This policy ensures that our customers are not taking advantage of our generosity in providing free gifts and helps us manage our inventory.
Please note that if the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from your refund. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges for free gifts.
Faulty items will be assessed by our team and repaired, replaced, or refunded on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to repair over replacement if possible.
Midnight Mischief reserves the right to inspect returned items and reject returned goods if we do not see them to be faulty or damaged.
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or items that have been damaged as a result of incorrect washing are not eligible for return, repair, or exchange.
Pilling is a normal occurrence in our fabric and is not a sign of poor quality or a faulty product. It is caused by everyday wear and tear and does not affect the durability or functionality of the fabric.
