What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is a purchase made in advance for an item that has not yet been released or is currently out of stock. By placing a pre-order, customers reserve the item and ensure that they will receive it as soon as it becomes available or restocked. Pre-ordering is a way to secure an item before it is officially released or to secure an item that is in high demand and may sell out quickly. It allows you as the customer to be among the first to receive the product once it becomes available.
How do I know if my product is a pre-order?
Items will be marked as PRE-ORDER next to their size OR in the product title/description.
When will my pre-order item restock?
Items marked as pre-order will have their anticipated restock dates next to the size of the product or in the product description.
*For example: Size 10 - Pre-order (Currently out of stock. Anticipated restock date November 2023).
We endeavour to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability however the dates are subject to change if unexpected lead times should occur.
What happens if I order pre-order and in stock items together?
If you are placing a single order that includes items both on pre-order and in stock items, all items will be sent together when the pre-ordered items are ready to ship.
Please allow time for your order to be dispatched and delivered
What should I do if I want my in stock items sent out first?
Please place your pre-order and in stock orders in separate orders and we will dispatch the in stock order first.
By placing a pre-order, you understand that the estimated date of delivery cannot be guaranteed
Can I cancel my pre-order?
We cannot cancel your pre-order once it has been placed as it will begin production at our manufacturer. You must await the delivery.
Do the restock dates align with the delivery dates?
The restock date is when the product is estimated to arrive at our warehouse. For non-personalised orders we can dispatch the item promptly. Personalised orders will require 1-2 weeks for our embroidery team to complete and dispatch you order.
